i don't know whats wrong with me today.....
i came back from training
tired as usual
then i bath and eat my lunch
and i fall asleep on the sofa while watching tv!!
i slept for about 10mins
then i wake up
and when i want to go to my room to sleep
i can't!!!
the back was aching like siao!
for no reason of course!
then i feel as if there was a hammer hitting in my head!
what's wrong with me!!??
i go back to my bed and i lied there for 1 hour
i can't sleep
but headache!!!
i feel so irritated today!!!
maybe i was hit too many times by the ball today
i still have a bit headache now
actually not a bit lah
is a bit de a bit....
and my body is like so weak
so i thought i was sick
but no fever!!
